    I am eternally grateful to inform you that the situation has improved. Previous attempts might not have been successful; however, a trip to the seaside seems to have done the trick. It would give me great pleasure to invite you over prior to my departure for England as I am unsure of how long I will be gone for. Seeing family again is of utmost importance.


    While I await the specifics of when I will be leaving, please write to me letting me know when you might be able to join me to relieve the tedium of our existence. Letters at best contain only mere morsels of news compared with the substantial fare which a good long chat affords.


    Lately, I have been enjoying public transit, so I must stress how important it is to write to me well in advance, so that I can make sure that we don't miss each other and that everything is in order for us to have an enjoyable means of spending our time.
